Artist - Colin Murray

Born in 1942, Colin Murray began drawing at a very young age.  By the time he reached his early teens, he was drawing the nude and his fascination with the female form has continued his entire life. In the 1950's, erotic art was not acceptable so Colin felt compelled to hide his art and draw in secret.

Decades later, Colin found the courage to publish his first graphic novel, The Lady and the Vampire 2000, where his statuesque heroine Vikkie Belle and her raunchy friends engage in improbable adventures with their wild romps through pin-up art. The second erotic novel, Riveria Moon Goddess, was published in 2004, followed by The Palace of a Thousand Pleasures in 2007.

Colin's novels are painstakingly drawn into life, panel by panel, taking around two years to complete each instalment.  All three were a sold out success and have become highly collectable.

Apart from his published novels, Colin's one-off pin-up art and illustrations have never been publicly exhibited.  Those that do acknowledge his art consider it to be among the best illustrative pin-up art they have ever seen.

Colin lives in the United Kingdom, alone in the same house in which he was born.  He methodically goes about his daily work, devoting his entire time to the exquisite creation of the female form. A truly exceptional undiscovered artist, Colin continues to create his extraordinary work alone and in secret.
